Luxury Resort Complex Concept

This mixed-use project melds brand, luxury and sustainability into a singular gesture that represents achievement, success and the future. It aspires to parlaying brand expression with architectural expression, and the concept aligns itself with the brand that celebrates those milestones. The development is situated on a promontory that nudges the Mediterranean Sea. The program consists of a sustainability centre, a large banquet hall, a casino, and a luxury hotel complemented with ancillary program including restaurants, retail space, a night-club, and a residential tower consisting of spacious luxury suites.
